On October 27, 2023, I made the huge mistake of trying to sell my PUBG account. I shared all login credentials with the buyer, expecting to receive payment afterward — but instead, the person blocked me and never sent the money. Just like that, I lost access to my account.

Back then, I didn’t know how to submit a support ticket to PUBG, and soon after, I changed devices. Now I have no way to log back in or prove ownership the usual way. The account was originally connected to Facebook and my old phone number: +90 *** *** **94. After stealing it, the scammer bound the account to **0553 *** **45.

I deeply regret ever attempting to sell it — not just because I lost access, but because I invested so much time, effort, and money into building that account. My UID is 5193****82.

Please, PUBG Support, help me recover my account. I made a mistake, but I’m reaching out for your help to fix it.
