I Received A 10-year PUBG Ban Today Without Any Warning

I have been actively playing PUBG Mobile for more than 5 years, and on 8 April 2026 I discovered that my account had been banned for 10 years. I play on a Samsung S20 Ultra device, and my in‑game ID is 51397437614 with the nickname LION๛KING. My account level is 79 and my collector level is 56, and during this time I have purchased several Royale Passes and various in‑game items. The ban appeared suddenly when I logged in after playing normally the previous night. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation, or clear reason on the ban screen, and I have never knowingly used any cheats, third‑party applications, or engaged in any unfair behavior. I immediately submitted an in‑game appeal and reported the issue through the support system, but I have not yet received a satisfactory explanation or solution. I find it extremely unfair that an account I have been using for more than 5 years, with time, effort, and money invested, has been given a straight 10‑year ban without any clear reason or prior warning. I request that my account be thoroughly investigated once again, that any possible mistake in the detection system be corrected, and that my account be unbanned if no legitimate violation is found. I also kindly ask for a clear, detailed explanation of the reason for this ban so that I can understand what happened and avoid any such issue in the future.
