Complaint About My Free Fire Max Matchmaking Restriction

I play Free Fire on the MENA server and my account has been under a matchmaking restriction for about a month. During this period I have not been able to use the game normally, and the restriction has seriously affected my gaming experience. I contacted Free Fire customer support about this issue, but I was not given a clear and specific reason for why this matchmaking restriction was applied to my account. In the past, I remember joining a match where one of the players was using cheats, and I suspect this might be the reason, but I was never informed officially or clearly about it. I respect the rules of the game and I understand the importance of fair play. For this reason, I am requesting that my account and this matchmaking restriction be reviewed in detail, that I be given a clear and understandable explanation of the exact reason for the restriction, and, if possible, that the matchmaking restriction on my account be removed and I be given a second chance.
