I Face Shared PUBG Account Issue After Buying from Randommerkezi

I purchased a PUBG account from Randommerkezi under order number #5558. The account information was delivered correctly, but from the very first day, I noticed that more than five different people had logged into the same account. This is a serious security and privacy issue, and it has made me extremely uncomfortable using the account.
I’ve been dealing with this problem for about two months, and during this time, my account was even penalized in-game, preventing me from logging in for a while. Despite the site’s promise of account security and refund protection, I have submitted three support requests so far and only received one unhelpful response. I also tried contacting live chat and other support channels, but never received any meaningful assistance.
At this point, I am requesting either a replacement account or a full refund for my purchase. I expect Randommerkezi to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
