Proton VPN Subscription Cancelled, Refund Still Not Processed

On 04/12/2025, I accidentally purchased a product called Proton Unlimited (Proton VPN: Fast & Secure VPN) through the Google Play Store. The payment was charged to my Vodafone mobile bill as $9.

As soon as I realized I made the purchase by mistake, I immediately canceled it through the Google Play subscriptions menu. However, even after doing that, I have not received a refund. I did not make the purchase intentionally or knowingly; it was completely an accidental transaction.

I am requesting that Proton VPN consider the cancellation of the subscription made through Google Play and fully refund the $9 charge that appeared on my Vodafone bill.
