Promova Started Automatic Charges Without Consent After Trial Period

After the Promova trial membership, automatic payments have been taken from me every 12 weeks without my request or consent. The FAQ and Terms of Use pages do not open, and there is no authorized representative available.

There is no authorized person reachable within the app either. I do not accept these charges, and I am requesting a full refund.
