I Paid on Promova for a Subscription but Only Got a PDF, No Access
While I was browsing the Promova app, a page popped up offering what appeared to be a “2-in-1 deal.” The page implied that I was purchasing a subscription that came with additional benefits. The listed price was ₺700, and it looked like it was being offered to me with an instant discount, which made it seem like a good value. So, I went ahead and paid, assuming I would get full access to Promova’s services.
However, to my complete disappointment, I didn’t get a subscription at all. Instead, I received nothing but a PDF file. That was it—no app access, no membership, nothing else included. I feel completely misled by how the offer was presented.
I am demanding a full refund of the ₺700 immediately. I paid for what I believed was a full subscription, not just a static document. Promova needs to stop these confusing in-app tactics and ensure users know exactly what they’re paying for. This must be resolved quickly.
