Amazon Using My Email Without Consent Across Multiple Services
I am contacting you regarding the misuse of my personal data, specifically my name and email address, on Amazon.de, Amazon.com and Prime Video. I am receiving repeated emails from Amazon about password changes and account‑related actions, even though I never created an account or profile with your company. I am seriously concerned that my email address is being used without my consent. Someone appears to be logging in and using an Amazon account under my email address, which in my view violates the protection of my personal data and privacy. I have never authorized anyone to use my email for an Amazon account, and I do not want my email or name to be connected with any Amazon account or activity. I therefore request the complete deletion of all personal data related to my name and my email address from all your systems and services, including Amazon.de, Amazon.com, Prime Video and any other Amazon services where my email may be stored. This includes any customer accounts, profiles, order histories, login data, marketing databases and any other records linked to my email, regardless of which country site they are on. I also request written confirmation that all my personal data have been fully erased from your systems and that my email address has been removed from all mailing lists and will no longer be used for any marketing, notification or login purposes. If my email address is currently associated with any account, I ask you to inform me of this and to permanently disconnect and remove my email from that account as part of the deletion process. I am asking you to process this request as soon as possible and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
