Amazon Account Locked & Compromised – Unauthorized Order Placed

I have been unable to log in to my Amazon account for a couple of hours and I am very worried that my account may have been compromised. When I try to sign in, I do not receive any specific error message or notification, but I simply cannot access my account. I have already tried resetting my password, using different browsers and devices, and checking my email and SMS for any security messages. During this process, I received an email from Amazon about an order that I did not place, and another email in a different language, which makes me think that someone else may be using my account without my permission. I request that my Amazon account be immediately secured and access restored to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that the unauthorized order mentioned in the email be cancelled and that I receive clear confirmation that I will not be charged in any way for this order or for any other activity carried out by third parties on my account.
