Amazon Account Disappeared and Says I’m Not a Customer
I have been an Amazon Prime customer using the email address “toadiam***@gmail.com,” and this month, my Amazon account suddenly disappeared. I realized there was a problem when my usual monthly Amazon charge, which is around 16.04, did not come out of my account on March 7. Since then, I have not been able to use any of my Amazon Prime services, including shopping, photos, and video. When I try to sign in with this email, the system tells me that I am not a customer and prompts me to create a new account, even though I have had an active Amazon Prime membership and my son was able to use the account about a week ago. I tried calling Amazon customer service, but instead of reaching a live agent, I was sent a link to sign in, which only led to the same message that I am not a customer. I am completely blocked from accessing my account and its services. I request that my existing Amazon Prime account under the email address “toadiam****@gmail.com” be restored, that I be informed clearly about what happened to my account and why it is now being treated as if it does not exist, and that any disruption or loss of service be reviewed and corrected.
