Before asking for extra money for ad-free Amazon Prime service, please sync your series' subtitles first. I wanted to rewatch Supernatural, but there is a major subtitle desync in a significant number of episodes, and since your app is terrible, we can't manually shift and fix the timing. I've experienced the exact same issue multiple times across different shows and movies, and it's extremely frustrating. Even free pirate streaming sites position their subtitles better.
