Amazon Prime Video Subscriptions Interrupted by Excessive Advertisements Every 10 Minutes

6

I have been an Amazon Prime member for about a year and watch content via Prime Video on both my phone and tablet. Despite this, an ad pops up approximately every 10 minutes while streaming. I do not want to constantly see ads when using a paid subscription, as this contradicts the entire purpose of the service.

I received no notification regarding whether there is a separate "Premium" tier on Prime Video or if there is a system glitch occurring. For this reason, I have not cancelled my membership yet, nor have I contacted customer service so far, as I initially assumed this to be a technical error.

I demand the removal of mid-stream advertisements for paid Amazon Prime members and the provision of an ad-free viewing experience. If necessary, I request that an account-level investigation be conducted to resolve this issue; otherwise, I expect a clear and explicit explanation regarding this matter.
