Prezi Charged My Student Card Without Consent – Urgent Refund Request

I signed up for the Prezi free trial, and almost immediately, ₺1913 was deducted from my student bank card without my authorization. I had no intention of making a purchase—I was simply trying to explore the free version before committing to anything.

As a student, this charge has completely drained my monthly allowance, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. This is unacceptable, and I demand an urgent refund. I did not approve this transaction, and it was processed without any warning or confirmation.

I have already contacted support, but I have yet to receive a response. Prezi must resolve this issue immediately and refund my money. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
