Presentations AI Account Hacked - Recover Access

I am writing regarding my Presentations AI account associated with the email address faranajw***@mailnesia.com, which I believe has been hacked. I first realized there was a problem when I could no longer access my account and noticed that my usual login details were not working. Since then I have been unable to use my account as normal and I am concerned that someone else may be accessing it without my permission. I request that my account be urgently checked, secured and recovered, and that any unauthorized access or actions be investigated in detail.
