I am writing because I have lost access to my TradingView account due to a problem with two‑factor authentication and I urgently need help. I was using the Google Authenticator app on my mobile device, and today at around 2:15 pm the authentication app was deleted, after which I became unable to log in to my TradingView account associated with the email address hariba***[email protected]. I attempted to use the backup codes I had, but they are not working and I still cannot pass the 2FA step. I have already emailed TradingView support about this situation, but I have not yet been able to regain access. I also have an active paid subscription linked to this account, which I am currently unable to use because I cannot log in. I request that my two‑factor authentication be disabled for this account after you complete your security verification procedures, so that I can regain access and continue using my paid subscription without interruption.
