Preply Trial Lesson Refund Request And Customer Service Issue
I had booked a trial lesson on Preply, but unfortunately, I got sick and could not attend. Because of my health situation, it didn’t even occur to me to notify the tutor in advance. Now, I see that the fee for the lesson has still been charged, even though I was unable to participate for medical reasons. Since this was an unavoidable circumstance, I believe I should be offered a rescheduled lesson or a refund.
What makes the situation worse is that I cannot find a way to contact Preply for support. Neither through the app nor any other channel have I been able to reach customer service for assistance. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I am requesting that Preply take my health situation into account, refund the amount paid for the missed lesson, or allow me to reschedule without additional cost. Reliable customer support should be available to resolve such cases quickly.
