• Cancel from your account: go to https://preply.com → My lessons → Subscription and disable the Auto-renewal option. Take a screenshot.
• Official ticket: open a case via Help → Contact support. Choose Billing issues and attach your proof of payment.
• Direct email: write to [email protected] with the subject Automatic renewal cancellation. Include your user ID, order number, and screenshots of the subscription.
