Preply Charged Me Automatically Before I Finished My Lessons—I Want a Refund Now

I signed up for language lessons on Preply and was still using the ones I already paid for when, without warning, they charged me again for the next month and scheduled new lessons I never requested. I did not agree to continue into the following month, and I shouldn’t be billed for something I didn’t confirm.

All I want is to finish the remaining lessons I originally paid for—nothing more. I’m not interested in continuing, and I absolutely didn’t authorize another payment. This automatic billing system is incredibly frustrating, especially when there's no clear way to stop it or get help quickly.

Preply, I expect you to refund the ₺ you took for the upcoming month and stop charging me without consent. Please respond immediately.
