Preply removed my tutor without warning, what is the best way to resolve this?

If your teacher was taken away by Preply without telling you, you should first contact Preply Support through the in-platform live chat ("?" icon) or by emailing [email protected] and explaining what happened.
Be sure to include the name of the tutor and information about your unused lessons or balance.
A lot of the time, Preply can help you move your leftover prepaid hours to a new tutor or help you reschedule with a different one.
If your tutor cancels or stops having lessons, you should use the "report an issue"/"Tutor was absent" choice on the lesson page to get Preply to review it. This can protect your credit or get you paid.
