Prada Sunglasses Lens Deformation Issue

Hey, I bought these sunglasses from you and the lenses have somehow gotten all messed up, as you can see in the picture. So, I came across this problem when I cracked open the case to put on my sunglasses, which I use all the time and spent a pretty penny on. They haven't been exposed to anything harmful. Hey, I'm really hoping to get a response from the Prada brand. Thanks!
