My Prada Glasses Bent Easily

The Prada glasses I bought from Atasun Optik are not as high quality as expected. On the 7th day, the glasses fell between the couch cushions and bent. I went back, and they said it was consumer error. They repaired them, but the glasses fell again and bent once more. For me, a Prada frame bending this easily is not a consumer error. Customer service denied my claim. There's nothing more to say except it's unfair profit and misleading warranty terms.
