İpsala Duty Free Refuses Exchange After Staff Sells Wrong Prada Sunglasses Model

On June 6, 2026, I purchased Prada sunglasses from the İpsala Duty Free store for approximately $433, paid in installments via credit card. During the purchase, I showed a sales representative a photo of a specific Prada model and explicitly stated that I wanted that exact model. The staff member completed the transaction while assuring me that the item being packaged was the model I showed.
Upon returning home, I realized that the product listed on the invoice and inside the box was different from the model I had presented to them. Consequently, the following day, on July 7, 2026, I reported the situation to you in writing. However, the response I received stated that, under customs regulations, product exchanges and refunds are strictly not possible.
My request is not an arbitrary return based on personal preference, but rather a demand to resolve the hardship caused by the sales staff's misrepresentation and the sale of an item other than the model I requested. I am asking for an exchange for the model I showed and intended to buy, or a full refund if possible. I will attach both the photo of the model I requested and images of the different product sold to me.
I request that this misdirection and the resulting hardship be re-evaluated under customer satisfaction policies and that an appropriate resolution be provided to me.
