I Paid for Postegro Subscription but Can’t View Private Instagram Profiles

I downloaded the Postegro app and purchased a subscription expecting to access private Instagram profiles, as advertised. However, after paying, I quickly realized the main feature doesn't even work. Every time I try to view a private profile, I get a message saying, “This profile is currently unavailable.” That completely defeats the purpose of the app. What did I even pay for if the primary function isn’t accessible?

This feels incredibly misleading and borderline fraudulent. I didn’t receive what was promised, and the service failed to deliver its core offering. I demand a full refund immediately. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’m prepared to pursue legal action. Fix the technical issue and return my money without delay.
