Postegro App Not Working After Payment

I purchased a 1-week subscription to the Postegro app today because the free version wasn’t showing anything. However, after making the payment, the app still isn’t working. It’s been hours, and all I see is “loading data,” but nothing changes. This is completely unacceptable! I paid for a service that’s not functioning at all. I’m urgently requesting a refund for the payment. Postegro, please resolve this issue immediately or refund my money. I shouldn’t be charged for something that doesn’t work!
