I Got Charged Without Consent by Postegro App and Never Got My Refund

I downloaded the Postegro app and intended to subscribe for just one week. However, before I even confirmed anything, the app automatically withdrew money from my account without my permission. I immediately canceled the membership, expecting the charge to be reversed, but the money was never refunded.

To make matters worse, the app itself doesn’t even function. It didn’t work properly at all—not during or after the unauthorized payment. I paid for a service that was never delivered and now I can’t even get my money back. There's no clear way to contact support, no response, no refund—nothing.

Postegro needs to stop charging users without proper consent and should process immediate refunds for unauthorized charges. I demand my money to be returned to my account as soon as possible. Apps like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate if they’re going to scam users like this.
