I recently purchased a weekly subscription with Postegro, but the app isn’t functioning at all. I urgently need my subscription canceled and the amount I paid refunded. This situation is unacceptable, and I’ve seen others reporting similar issues where they’re charged monthly even after canceling. Please address this immediately.
