I Subscribed to Postegro on App Store But It Didn’t Work and My Refund Was Denied
On June 20th, around 6:00 AM, I downloaded the Postegro app from the Apple App Store and purchased a subscription. To my disappointment, the app didn’t function at all. It failed to deliver any of the promised features—it simply didn’t work. I immediately requested a refund through the App Store after realizing it was useless.
However, I’m now being told that the refund is not being approved, which is unacceptable. I paid for a service that was clearly defective and non-functional from the start. I’m not willing to let my money go to waste, especially for an app that misleads its users.
I am asking for a full refund without further delay. If I don’t receive proper support or my money back, I will escalate this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
