Poco X7 Pro Stuck at 60 FPS – 120Hz Not Working in Games

I purchased my Poco X7 Pro 512/24 smartphone from the Mi Store in May 2025. Since the first day I started using it, the device’s refresh rate has been locked at 60 FPS both in PUBG Mobile and during normal use. Even though I enable the Wild Boost feature in Game Turbo and select 120 FPS from the settings, the phone remains stuck at 60 FPS and never reaches the full 120 FPS performance.

All software updates and system settings are completely up to date, yet the issue still persists. My device is still under warranty, and I would like to receive a detailed explanation from Poco regarding the cause of this issue.

I’d also like to know whether this problem is software-related or hardware-related, and I request clear guidance or a permanent solution to resolve it.
