Poco X5 Pro FPS Stuck at 50 While Gaming at 120 Hz

I've been experiencing some irritating problems with my Poco X5 Pro. More specifically, I experience a decrease in FPS when attempting to play games with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. My previous Poco X3 NFC also boasted a 120 Hz display, effortlessly tackling games with ease. But what about this new X5 Pro? Not really. I've been having trouble with the FPS, it's consistently stuck at 50 and I can't seem to find a solution. A few acquaintances brought up the concept of "FPS locking," and it seems like that might be the issue at hand. It's quite frustrating, especially considering that I upgraded to this phone with the expectation of improved performance, not a decline.
