My Phone Overheats Playing PUBG at Just 60 FPS After 3 Months of Use

June 11, 2025 5:10 PM132

It’s only been 3 months since I bought this phone, and I’m already facing serious overheating issues while playing PUBG. The moment I launch the game, the phone starts heating up—even at just 60 FPS. I haven’t dared to try 120 FPS because the device already feels like it’s about to catch fire.

This kind of performance is completely unacceptable for a device that’s marketed as a high-performance smartphone. Based on the processor and specs, it should easily handle demanding games without overheating, yet it clearly doesn’t. I expected better thermal management, especially for gaming.

This isn't a minor annoyance—it's a major issue that affects usability and device safety. I’m extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the long-term impact this heat will have on the phone’s battery and internal components.

I’m asking the manufacturer to urgently address this overheating problem with a software optimization or firmware update. If this issue isn’t resolved, it feels like I’ve spent a significant amount of money on a device that can’t even handle what it promises. Please fix this now before more users face the same issue.
