I Face Poco X7 Pro Warranty Device Drains Battery Too Fast And Lags

About a month and a half ago, I purchased a Poco X7 Pro smartphone from the Xiaomi authorized store in Mustafakemalpaşa, Bursa for ₺20,833.33 (invoice number: CO02025000000311). Just three days after purchasing the device, I noticed that the battery drops very quickly — from 100% to 98% within seconds — and that the phone freezes frequently, even during normal use. These problems continue to occur constantly, making it difficult to use the phone smoothly.

I contacted customer support, and they suggested that I reset my phone. I followed their instructions, but the rapid battery drain and freezing issues have not been resolved. I still have my invoice and warranty documents on hand.

I request that this issue be permanently fixed as soon as possible, and if necessary, that my device be replaced under warranty.
