I pre-ordered a Poco X7 Pro (IMEI: 862842073521009***) from mi.com.tr on January 9, 2025 (Order ID: 52501109105***), and I received it on January 16, 2025. About a week later, I realized that some incoming calls were not reaching me, although I had no issues making outgoing calls.
When I contacted customer support, they suggested testing the phone with a different SIM card or replacing my SIM card, which I did—but the issue persisted. On my second call, they guided me through a Fastboot reboot, and after a few days, the same problem returned. On my third attempt, they had me factory reset the phone, but again, the issue came back after a few days.
On February 25, 2025, I sent the phone to service, expecting a thorough examination. However, they returned it in just one day, claiming no issues were found, and shipped it back on February 27, 2025. My problem is intermittent—it doesn’t happen every second, but every few days, I stop receiving calls. Despite my detailed explanation, the service barely inspected the device.
I trusted mi.com.tr, but Xiaomi has failed to stand behind its product. My issue remains unresolved, and I have been left without a proper solution. Xiaomi, take responsibility and fix my phone properly!
