Hello, the problem is that I called the Etisalat office and reserved a Wi-Fi internet package, but they took 149.79 euros from my bank account through a link after they had already charged me for the package. I'm from Kuwait, but I had to cut my trip to Turkey short because of a very serious health problem. We have tried many times to get in touch with the Etisalat office to cancel the reservation and get the money back that they took out of our account, but they have not been helpful. They will not give you the money back. I want the money given to me back as soon as possible. Please accept my sincere gratitude. Thank you for your support.
In July 2025, I hired PocketWifiTurkey to do the following: Not a refund None of that No answer to email NOTHING They also say on their website that they work with Turkcell, but that is not true. I didn't have internet when I got to Istanbul, so I had to go to an official Turkcell shop to buy it. It was cheaper there, by the way.
