Hello, the problem is that I called the Etisalat office and reserved a Wi-Fi internet package, but they took 149.79 euros from my bank account through a link after they had already charged me for the package. I'm from Kuwait, but I had to cut my trip to Turkey short because of a very serious health problem. We have tried many times to get in touch with the Etisalat office to cancel the reservation and get the money back that they took out of our account, but they have not been helpful.
