On April 7, 2026, at around 3:00 a.m., I made a deposit to my Pocket Option account via bank transfer using Opay. The transaction was successfully completed on Opay’s side, and the money was deducted from my bank account, but it has still not appeared in my Pocket Option balance as of now.
The payment was made via bank transfer through Opay with transaction reference ID 100004260406230015156587458072, and my Pocket Option account ID is 105561966. Despite the successful debit from my bank, my trading balance on Pocket Option has not been credited.
I contacted customer support and was told that the funds would appear in my account within one hour. However, even after the promised timeframe passed, nothing has been credited. This situation is preventing me from accessing and using my funds on the platform.
I request that my account be credited with the missing deposit immediately. If this is not possible, I ask for a full refund of the amount back to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what caused this issue and assurance that similar problems will not happen again in the future.
