Pocket Option Withdrawal Missing - Bank Transfer Issue

I am writing to report a serious withdrawal issue I am experiencing with the Pocket Option app. On March 18, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal from my Pocket Option account (ID: 105561***) to my Opay Digital Bank account in Nigeria. The total withdrawal amount was 2,450,000 naira. Out of this amount, only 650,000 naira has been successfully credited to my bank account. The remaining 1,800,000 naira has not been received. In my bank channel, the related transactions are shown as failed, but in the Pocket Option app the withdrawals have only been showing as “in process” since yesterday and no specific error message has been displayed. Despite this, the money has not reached my account and I have received no explanation about the status of the missing funds. I have already contacted Pocket Option by email but have not received any response so far. I also contacted my bank, and they informed me that I should follow up with Pocket Option regarding this issue, as the problem is on the sending side. At this point, a very large amount of my money is stuck and I am extremely worried and dissatisfied with the lack of feedback. I request that Pocket Option urgently investigate this matter, clarify the status of all related withdrawal transactions, and immediately credit or return the missing amount of 1,800,000 naira to me. I will also be attaching screenshots and transaction details as evidence to support this complaint. I expect a clear written response and a prompt resolution so that I can safely access my funds.
