I have been seriously affected by the withdrawal and identity verification process on the Pocket Option platform. On December 18, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request from my account, but immediately afterward I was asked to complete identity verification. Despite several days passing, this verification has still not been approved. The fact that such a basic identity check has dragged on for so long has prevented me from accessing my money and has also caused me significant psychological stress.
I use the platform with account number 117452504 (ID: 117452504), and at no stage of this process was I given clear or sufficient information. I received no explanation about why the verification is taking so long or when it will be completed. Because of this uncertainty and prolonged waiting period, I acted under stress and anxiety and ended up losing approximately $600. Not only was I unable to withdraw my funds, but my mental well-being was also negatively affected, and the identity verification process is still unresolved.
I am requesting that Pocket Option take my situation seriously, complete my identity verification process urgently, conduct a detailed review of the transactions on my account, and address my grievance by considering both the financial loss I suffered and the psychological distress caused by this prolonged and unclear process.
