I've been having trouble accessing my Plus500 account, and it's been two days since I last checked on my ongoing trades. I'm completely clueless about their current situation. I kindly request the site management to address this issue or offer me guidance, if possible. I've been thinking about deleting and reinstalling the app, but I have concerns about potentially losing my account information in the process.
