Tinder Platinum Membership Access Denied After Phone Upgrade

I've been a loyal Tinder Platinum member for quite some time now. However, ever since I upgraded my phone last month, I've been unable to access my membership. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve the issue, including reinstalling the app, deleting and recreating my account, adjusting settings, and even formatting my phone. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked.
To make matters worse, my account is currently under review, and I'm no longer eligible for a refund due to the length of my Gold subscription. I've been in constant communication with Tinder customer support via email, but they haven't been able to provide a solution.
I'm requesting that Tinder either resolve the issue promptly or provide me with a refund for my unused membership.
