I Face Frozen Account and Refund Issue With Tinder Gold Subscription

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Tinder Gold subscription. For about two weeks, I have been unable to either delete my account or use it properly. I cannot receive likes, send likes, or perform any actions — my account is completely frozen.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem was not resolved. I also contacted Tinder through their support email addresses, but I never received any response.

My account is linked to the email ozlm…[email protected]. I can still log into my account, but I cannot perform any actions. My device runs on Android.

I request both the full deletion of my account and a refund for the Tinder Gold subscription fee, which I paid by credit card.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently, as I should not be charged for a service that is unusable.
