I Paid ₺550 for Valorant VP But Never Received the Code

On July 12, 2025, I made two separate purchases for Valorant VP. The first one was for ₺39.99, and that transaction went smoothly—the VP code was delivered right away. Encouraged by that, I went ahead and purchased 5350 VP for ₺550. However, this time, I never received the code. It’s been days, and there’s still no sign of it.

I paid a significant amount of money, and it’s incredibly frustrating not to receive what I paid for. I’ve tried waiting, thinking maybe it was delayed, but nothing has come through. There’s also no clear support or contact method to get help quickly.

I’m demanding either the VP code I paid for or a full refund of my ₺550. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable, especially from a game as big as Valorant. Riot Games or the seller needs to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that others don’t go through the same problem.
