Unable to View Purchased Games on Epic Games Store
On November 18, 2024, at 02:30:38, I purchased a game on Epic Games and later claimed two more games through a 100% discount offer. Unfortunately, I cannot view any of these games in my account. Despite multiple attempts to revisit the purchase section and hoping the issue would resolve itself, nothing has changed.
This problem has persisted for almost a week now, affecting not just these purchases but my entire shopping history on the platform. I am frustrated that a platform of this scale cannot ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
I kindly request Epic Games to address this issue promptly and restore visibility to my purchases. This level of service is disappointing for loyal customers.
