PS4 Pro Issue — Rescenders Freezes at 96%, Unplayable
About six months ago, I purchased the game “Rescenders” from the PlayStation Store. In the first few days after purchase, I tried deleting and reinstalling it 2–3 times, but each time the game froze at 96% on the loading screen and never started.
After a long break, I tried again about six months later, but I faced the exact same problem. On my PS4 Pro, the game still shows as “purchased” in my library, but I have never been able to play it.
I also noticed that other users have reported experiencing the same issue on different platforms. So far, I have not contacted either PlayStation Store support or the developer’s support team. If the game can be fixed and made playable, I would like to continue using it. However, if the problem persists, I request a refund for my purchase.
