Unable to Access Game on Sony Eurasia – No Support Available


I recently purchased a game through Sony Eurasia, but I cannot access it at all. Every time I try to launch the game, it gets stuck on the same screen and refuses to load. I have no idea why this is happening, and I cannot find any official support or assistance to resolve the issue.
I have attempted to contact customer service, but I cannot reach anyone—no response from Sony, no clear troubleshooting steps, and no explanation for why I am locked out of my own purchase.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before? I need a clear solution from Sony, or at the very least, some proper customer support to address this problem immediately.
