I purchased a game from Play Station and it glitched within the first hour of playing. How can I return it?

There is a refund policy for PlayStation games that you can use if you find bugs in them within the first hour of playing them and want to return them. You can get your money back if you cancel a game or game add-on purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, but there are some things you need to know.

To be able to get your money back:

• If you cancel within 14 days:

You have to ask for a refund within 14 days of when you bought the item.
• You can't stream or download:

You can get your money back only if you haven't started downloading or streaming the game or add-on yet.
• One exception for bad content:

You may still be able to get your money back if the content is broken, even if you have already started downloading or streaming it.
