I Can’t Launch Far Cry 6 on Epic Games—Ubisoft Stuck on Logging In Screen

I purchased Far Cry 6 through Epic Games, but I’ve been completely unable to play the game due to a persistent issue with the Ubisoft launcher. Every time I try to install or launch the game via Epic, it triggers Ubisoft Connect to open. However, instead of loading into the game, it gets stuck on a screen that just says “logging in”—and it never progresses past that point.

I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Ubisoft Connect, but nothing has changed. The issue continues exactly as shown in the attached screenshot. This problem has rendered the game completely unusable even though I’ve paid for it in full.

This is incredibly frustrating—especially given the size of the download and the fact that I’ve already spent hours troubleshooting something that should just work. If this is a known issue, why hasn’t Ubisoft or Epic provided a fix?

I’m requesting urgent assistance from either Ubisoft or Epic Games to resolve this login freeze so I can actually play the game I paid for. I also expect compensation if the issue continues to waste my time.
