Last year, I purchased Minecraft from the PlayStation Store for my PS5 Slim and had been playing it without any issues. About a week ago, when I tried to launch the game, I encountered an error message: “Cannot start the game or application.”
I tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the console and deleting/reinstalling the game. However, when I attempted to reinstall it, I was asked to pay for the game again. I have not contacted customer service yet, and I no longer have the invoice or order number for the purchase. I request that the game be made available for me to reinstall without an additional charge and that this issue be resolved.
