PlayStation Payment Error: Trying To Purchase PlayStation Plus Membership

When trying to purchase the membership through my console (PS5), and using different cards in the process, I consistently receive an error message stating, “An undefined error has occurred. Please try again in a few minutes.” In an effort to resolve this problem, I have attempted from both my PlayStation console, my computer, and my phone. Additionally, I have explored articles on playstation.com that could provide assistance, but unfortunately, I have not found any information regarding the resolution of this issue. To prevent complicating the situation further, I attempted to purchase the Plus membership by adding funds to my PlayStation wallet. However, when trying to add funds, I encounter the same error message. This situation is causing significant inconvenience as I am eager to obtain a PlayStation Plus membership as soon as possible, and I am in need of assistance to resolve this error. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to address this issue as quickly as possible. I ask that you explain the source of the problem and its solution, and provide an article or guidance that can assist other users facing similar errors.
