I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of support for the PlayStation product I purchased through your agreements. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone, and the contact numbers provided are out of service. The regional support for Turkey is your responsibility, and no other regions can assist with my issue. Despite the two-factor authentication being activated on my PlayStation account without my knowledge, I have not received the necessary verification code via phone or email. As a result, I have been unable to access my account and the games I purchased for a long time. I request that you immediately send the verification code or disable the two-factor authentication. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
