PlayerUp Withholding $4,000+ & Retaliatory Ban After Legal Complaint

I have been a verified vendor on PlayerUp under the username “Azorkai” for several years. During this time, PlayerUp has withheld my legitimately earned vendor balance totaling $3,966.00 USD for verified transactions completed between 2022 and 2023. In all of these transactions, the buyers received their goods as agreed, PlayerUp collected the payment, but my funds were never released to me despite the successful completion of the orders and the passage of years. After being patient for an extended period and repeatedly waiting for a resolution that never came, I finally sent a formal Legal Demand Letter and filed a Consumer Protection Complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions regarding PlayerUp’s conduct, including alleged violations of RCW 19.86 (Unfair Practices) and RCW 18.44 (Unlicensed Escrow Activity). Within hours of PlayerUp receiving this legal notice, my PlayerUp account (Azorkai) was locked and banned. This action has also blocked my access to my transaction history, balance information, and other records that are directly relevant to this dispute. I view this as a retaliatory measure in response to my legal complaint and an attempt to hide or obstruct evidence, which I consider a serious breach of trust and fair dealing. I request the immediate and full payout of my withheld verified vendor balance of $3,966.00 USD. In addition, I expect my access to my transaction history and account records to be restored so I can fully document and review all completed transactions related to this balance. I am continuing to pursue this matter through the relevant state regulators and legal channels, but I expect PlayerUp to promptly release the funds that rightfully belong to me.
