I used PlayerUp’s middleman service to sell an account, and I chose to receive my payment via bank transfer to my bank account in Indonesia because they claimed to be having issues with PayPal. The sale was completed, and PlayerUp marked the payment as processed on May 1, 2024, for an amount of approximately $1,500 that was supposed to be transferred to my bank account.
However, despite their statement that the payout was processed, the money has never reached my account. For more than two years, I have been trying to resolve this issue by contacting PlayerUp support and following up through their system, but I have received no meaningful response or solution.
Instead of helping, they eventually banned my PlayerUp account, which has made it even more difficult for me to contact them or track the status of my funds. I strongly believe that their claim that the payment was processed is not accurate, as there is absolutely no record of the transfer on my side.

I request that the full amount of approximately $1,500, which has been pending for over two years, be immediately transferred to my Indonesian bank account, or that a clear and verifiable explanation be provided along with proof of any claimed transfer.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved without any further delay.
